How can I view portions of the Cal Poly Pomona global, email address book without viewing all 25,000 entries in Outlook?

A. In Outlook’s Address Book, the default distribution list is the Global Address List. By default, the Global Address List shows more than 25,000 names of students, faculty and staff. However, you can limit this to “All Faculty and Staff,” “All Foundation,” “All Students” or other limits. In the upper right-hand corner of the Address Book, in the “Show Names from the:” drop-down menu, change Global Address List to one of the limits shown.
