How can I view, modify, or cancel existing reservations?
All the reservations made on-line are available on the Web site for you to view, modify or cancel. • Login. using your own User Name and Password. • You will be brought to the Worldwide Reservations page. Scroll down to the Upcoming Reservations table which will list the reservations for all the travelers who have added you as their delegate. • Use the drop-down window to see reservations for all travelers or for a selected traveler. If you select a specific traveler, click View. • You can now click on the View/Modify, Repeat or Cancel links next to each reservation to perform the desired action. • Similarly, you can click on Sedan Reservation History on the left navigation bar to see the rides that have already been completed or the rides that have been cancelled.
