Nigeria does not have 10-k and 10-Qs; however the Nigerian equivalent can be obtained through the Nigerian SEC or through Starcomms. Nigeria companies are only required to send in to the NSE the unaudited quarterly financials within 45 days of quarter end and the annual audited financials within 90 days after year-end. These financials only need to comply with Nigerian GAAP.
