How can I view a list of gifts given to a specific allocation in Advance?
There are four reports that can be used to view lists of gifts given to a given allocation. Two each are in ReportWriter.NET and Advance. ReportWriter.NET: The GAR (Gift Activity Report) Log into ReportWriter.NET and follow the link to “Web Reports.” Link to “Gift Activity.” To narrow your choices of allocation, choose the applicable School, Division and Department. Choose one or more Allocations for which you want to see a list of gifts. (The available date range begins at the beginning of the prior fiscal year.) Choose your other report parameters and submit the report. Results do not include associated credit or company matching gift donors.
