How can I verify whether my voices bought with the Expressivo store will be compatible with IVONA Reader?
All the so called SAPI5-inteface compatible voices will be compatible with IVONA Reader. In order to verify which of your voices will run on IVONA Reader follow the instructions below: • Launch Expressivo. • Select the following: „Tools” –> „Settings…” –> „Speech”. A window with a list of installed speech synthesizers will appear. The list is divided into two main sections – Built-in synthesizers (item 1 below) and External synthesizers (item 2 below). Voices listed in the Built-in synthesizers section will not be compatible with IVONA Reader. Voices listed in the External synthesizers, section, which are described as SAPI5, will be compatible with IVONA Reader.
