How can I verify that AutoPay has paid my invoice?
Approximately one week before the payment due date, you will receive an e-mail letting you know how much will be deducted from your account (your ‘Current Amount Due’) and when. Subsequently, AutoPay will draft the invoice amount from your account on the due date. After the payment is drafted, you will receive a follow-up e-mail providing the status of the transaction.
