The confirmation number for the report begins with the two digit year, followed by WHR, followed by a nine digit number; for example, 08WHRxxxxxxxxx. The payment confirmation number for the IL-941 payments begins with the two digit year, followed by WHD, followed by a nine digit number; for example, 08WHDxxxxxxxxx. The payment confirmation number for the IL-501 payments begins with the two digit year, followed by WHE, followed by the nine digit number; for example, 08WHExxxxxxxxx.
