How can I validate a student course completion card?
Contact the trainer indicated on the student’s course completion card. Each trainer receives a letter from their authorizing training organization for each class they conduct. To verify training, ask the trainer for a copy of the letter that the authorizing training organization issued that provided cards for that particular training class. Each authorized OSHA outreach trainer is responsible to maintain records on their training for a period of five years.
