How can I use Zoomerang for 360 degree feedback surveys?
You can use Zoomerang to evaluate an employee using 360 degree feedback. Here are some suggestions for implementing this process: • Create a survey for the employee, asking questions you normally evaluate employees on • Launch the survey to all evaluators, for instance, employee’s: Manager, Peers, and Subordinates • Evaluate results for employee, either online or via downloaded results • Copy the survey to use for other employees Alternatively, you can create one survey for several employees and use a mandatory “Employee” drop-down question as the first question to indicate the employee the respondent is evaluating.
