The Personnel Tracking Service is a free feature available with purchase of the All-Inclusive AAP Package. The Personnel Tracking Service allows you to monitor all applicants to your company. It also allows you to monitor employee movement within the company including transfers, promotions, and terminations. By using the Personnel Tracking Service in SpeedEEO, you can produce the required Monitoring reports for your company. Regulations require that you produce monitoring reports at least every six months; although is is recommended that the monitoring reporting be performed quarterly. With the All-Inclusive AAP Package, SpeedEEO allows you to create unlimited Monitoring/Adverse Impact Analysis reports throughout the plan year.
