How can I use the “lost password” feature using the automatic emailer?
In case you have forgotten your password but do remember your username and the email on the account you could the use the “lost password” feature to retrieve the password. 1. Go to the login page (http://yoursite.com/wordpress/wp-login.php) and click on the link “Lost Password” 2. Enter the username and the email address on the account in the new page 3. You will get email containing the new password on the email address on file. It would be better to change the new password to something you can remember once you login with the new password for the first time.
