How can I use players like Deion Sanders that play multiple positions?
In FLM, each player can only play one position for each game. Most leagues, however, allow a player to be at one position for the entire season. To verify a given position is supported by your league, go to Setup/League menu item, Positions tab. In the case of Deion, select the “DB” position checkbox and click OK. Next, click on the PLAYER toolbar button (or go to the Season Tasks/Browse and Edit menu item). Find Deion Sanders in the database by using the Find button, change his position to WR, and FLM will prompt you to save the new information. The database appears to be missing a player. In FLM, each player can only play one position for each game. As a result, the player s database will only display players for a defined position. If Deion Sanders has been defined as a DB, then he will not appear in the WR listing of players. Also, with FLM many position categories are available (such as FB, DT, DE, CB, and S).
