To use PCLaw for only time and billing, follow these rules: If a default G/L account appears when entering transactions, accept it. If a G/L account is required when entering transactions, use 5000 (Expenses with the Simplified set of G/L accounts). You don’t have to print financial statements, close the month or reconcile the bank. Just ignore these features.
