thats a way oryou can call your company and have them transfer the number i did it when my other phone went through the washermachine ]:

Well if they’re both the same company (ex:rogers) You just take the SIM card out of your phone and put it in your dad’s phone.

i seriously wouldnt try to use your number on another cell cuase u can get charged

take it out of the broken phone and put it in another phone that takes the sim card..
