Currently it is not possible to use eDEP for the initial filing of a BWSC103, Release Notification and Release Retraction Form, for a 120-Day notification condition. MassDEP is working on streamlining the notification process, but in the meantime DEP regional offices are committed to entering the 120 day RNFs into the DEP database as soon as possible in order to facilitate eDEP filing. You will need to wait until the RTN is assigned and data entered by the regional office before making eDEP submittals.
