How can I use data from SurePayroll in my QuickBooks accounting software?
SurePayroll offers our customers the ability to download summary level payroll data for use in QuickBooks. By using our QuickBooks Data Export, customers can easily update their QuickBooks software by downloading a payroll data file that they can import each pay period. One of the unique features with the QuickBooks Data Export is that customers can upload their QuickBooks Chart of Accounts into SurePayroll and assign their Asset, Expense and Liability accounts to their wage, tax and deduction payroll categories. By allowing customers to upload their Chart of Accounts file, there is no need for customers to manually key in account information.
