How can I use Biographic Information to control how and when our constituents receive or are excluded from contact by the UW?
There are several broad tiers of contact control: • No contact whatsoever • Exclusion from all solicitations • Exclusion from solicitations of certain forms or from certain UW organizational units • Exclusion from certain publication mailings • Exclusion from mailings by certain UW organizational units • Exclusion from email contact or emails from certain UW organizational units • Exclusion from being listed in public donor lists The training manual for Biographic Maintenance includes a section covering Contact Restrictions.
