How can I use an ooVoo link in my Microsoft Outlook e-mail signature?
Click Your ooVoo link. Fill-in the fields and make sure that ‘E-mail signature’ is selected and click ‘Save to disk’. Microsoft Outlook 2003: Select Options from the Tools menu. Click on the Mail format tab and click ‘Signatures’. Click New. Select the Use this file as a template option and select your ooVoo link which you just saved. Outlook 2007: Open the saved file, select your signature objects and copy them. Select ‘Options’ from the Tools menu, click on the ‘Mail format’ tab and click ‘Signature’. Create a new signature and paste the objects into the signature window.

Next, In Microsoft Outlook 2007, select ‘Options’ from the ‘Tools’ menu, click on the ‘Mail format’ tab and click on the ‘Signature’ button. Create a new signature or edit an existing one.
