How can I use an electronic scale when shipping in UPS Internet Shipping and UPS CampusShip?
If you have a UPS-approved scale, you can connect your scale to a laptop or desktop computer to expedite the shipping process. You will need to set your shipping preferences to activate the scale. In UPS Internet Shipping, follow the instructions below to set your preferences: • Log into My UPS by selecting the Login link at the top of the page. • Go to the Shipping tab at the top of the page. • Select Set Preferences. • Expand the Shipping Options section by selecting the View/Edit link. • Select the Use My USB Scale checkbox to set the preference. • Select Update.
