Does the synchronizer have any limitations on the number of synced files? The sync algorithm has no limitations on the number of the synced files but the synchronizer depends on Windows restrictions on the amount of the operative memory that can be used by application at once. 64-bit Windows editions can use more memory than 32-bit editions.
