Please follow the steps below: 1. Connect your player to PC 2. If WMP (Window Media Player) is already installed in your PC, a pop up message asking which program you want to use with the player will be shown. Choose Window Media Player. If it does not pop up, go to your Start, All Programs list and select Windows Media Player. 3. Another message pops up, asking if you want to sync files automatically or manually after Window Media Player started. Choose sync files manually. 4. Select the “Library” tab and change the “Now Playing” window on the right side to “Sync List”. 5. Drag and Drop your songs in the library files to the “Sync List” on the right. 6. Go to “Sync” tab. You should see a list of songs to be added on the left hand side. Press the “Start Sync” button on the top left to start the synchronization. 7. Once it is done, unplug your player and turn it on to play the songs. Never unplug the 42-420 from your PC when the OLED screen on the player says ‘Do Not Disconnect’.
