To upgrade your service to FiOS, send a request to billingservices@verizon.net. Be sure to include your name, DSL telephone number, Verizon Online User Name and a daytime contact telephone number in your message. Verizon Online provides DSL at maximum connection speeds up to 3M/768K for residential customers.
