How can I update my E-mail address for accessing messages sent from my Bb course site? When I specify my preferred E-mail address in Blackboard, where do I check my E-mail?
After initial login, Go to the Tools area on the left. Select Personal Information. Click on Edit Personal Information. The E-mail address you are set-up with in Bb is your LTU address. You may change your E-mail address by entering it in the box. Note: Bb will allow you to enter in only one preferred E-mail address. Click on Submit. The User Updated information will be in view, with a date and stamped time receipt. When a user in Blackboard sends E-mail from their Bb course site, it will be received at a preferred E-mail address. This process depends on users checking their E-mail boxes for incoming messages regularly. Note: The preferred E-mail address listed in Bb is not a substitute for checking your LTU E-mail address for university related messages.
