To uninstall the Yahoo toolbar, click the pencil icon and go to the last option:Uninstall. Install IE 7 from Microsoft website and there won’t be a problem. It may still say Provided by Yahoo, but ignore that. Unless you know how to use regedit, you can’t get rid of that message.
