ok 1st of all u need to have east asia languages installed u can check by going to Control Panel >>Regional & Languages Option>>Language>>both option in Supplymental Language Support are selected if not select it and it i will ask for Windows CD after finish needs restart and restart system ..after that go to Regional & Languages>>Language>>Text Service input Click Details Select Add and select Arabic Language from drop down list and click ok on all options …
