Since your Personal Live Trial workgroup is administered by NetResults, you cannot access the Workgroup Management System (WMS). However, you can find out about the features in the WMS by reviewing the WMS Help Guide. Otherwise, you can install a trial copy of NetResults Tracker on your web server machine to try out the Workgroup Management System.
