A. A cross-account transfer means you can transfer money to a totally different account number than the one you logged on to in BMCU ONLINE. That means spouses can transfer money between their separate accounts, if necessary, or a parent can transfer money to a childs account. After setting up your cross-account, select the “Transfer Funds” function and a list of your accounts to which you may transfer funds will be displayed. You can only transfer money TO these cross-accounts, not FROM. Simply select the appropriate accounts, enter the amount you would like to transfer and click on “Transfer Funds.” It’s that easy.
