How can I track email messages that I receive from Web-based email providers such as Hotmail or Yahoo?
EasyReach Find DTS tracks all information that is on your machine”s local disk drive(s). If you want to index your web-based email messages, you must first save them to your hard drive. To do this, you need to be running Outlook Express (available with Internet Explorer, or you can download it from the Web). After installing Outlook Express, follow these steps to configure your web-based email to work offline. 1. From within Outlook Express, go to the Tools drop-down menu and select Accounts. 2. In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Add. 3. Select Mail to open the Internet Connection wizard. Follow the instructions to configure your existing Internet (Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) email account. You will need to input your user name and password for the Internet email account. 4.
