There aren’t to many ways to get past exercising if you want to see results, but try this. Anytime you are in the car, or sitting somewhere for a prolonged period of time, tighten your abs and hold it for 10 seconds. release and do it again until you feel tired. This will work your abs, not to a degree that crunches will, but after a while you might see some results. For your legs, you can try going up on your tiptoes when you are standing around somewhere, squeeze in your glutes, and hold that for 10 seconds. Go back to a normal standing position and repeat. Honestly the best way to see results faster, and be able to eat more or the food you enjoy is to workout, and I understand that you don’t like to, not many do. Try just doing some cardio twice a week. 2 out of 7 days will help you achieve a goal, without making you hate exercise. 20-30 minutes of running, swimming, biking, etc… As for food, just follow some basic rules.
