How can i tone my arms without adding muscle bulk?
The easiest way is to do extremely low wieght with high reps. This doesn’t actually tear the muscle fibers so you won’t "bulk up" it simply puts the muscles under strain and adds endurance so they will become more toned and with high reps you burn more energy so fat around the muscle will be used up as opposed to tearing the muscle fibers where energy is not used until the new fibers have fully developed.
