You may find one of our other VPN servers has better connectivity for you. Please disconnect from your VPN and try the speed tests here: http://strongvpn.com/speedtest.shtml You can choose the fastest server based on the results there, let us know if you would like your account to be moved, and to which server. Note that OpenVPN and StrongVPN are different plan levels, so if you wanted to switch between those services account upgrade/downgrade is required.
