In the case the service is not working, you will get a ‘Form Not Found’ HTML page. For the form pre-population service use: http://smartforms.business.gov.au/pForms01/start.html. Input http://smartforms.business.gov.au//pForms01/adaptor into the field. A ‘Profile Demo’ PDF will open if the service is working. In instances where the service is not working, you will get a ‘Form Not Found’ HTML page.
