How can I tell which department controls a certain classroom?
A. Check on screen 1C5. You will need to enter the two-letter building code and the four-digit room number to retrieve this information. Look in the “SCHEDULING DEPT” field. (If OUR is indicated, that means the room is a “General Purpose Classroom” and that the Office of the University Registrar regularly schedules that room). If the “SCHEDULING DEPT” field is blank, check the “SPECIAL SET-UP NOTES” for clues. If you are still uncertain, call the Scheduling department, 962-6093. Q.
