How can I tell whether the Gatchaman DVDs I see for sale are bootlegs?
If it’s not the ADV DVDs, any Gatchaman in English will be a bootleg. The original Nippon Columbia Gatchaman DVDs are sold individually in the small CD jewel case, are Region 2 only and are not subtitled in English. The only legal subtitled Gatchaman is included in the Battle of the Planets DVDs produced by Rhino or produced by ADV.
