How can I tell if my dog was blinded in one eye or just injured?
You really, really need to get her to the vets as soon as it’s feasible, it could mean the difference between an eye injury and permanent blindness. The vets will probably put her on a routine in which you’ll apply several different drops to her eyes, one made from her own blood called serum, another to dilate her pupil, and a third to act as an antibacterial. She may have to stay in during the day because of her dilated eyes, and she’ll have to get more serum made up occasionally. But gt her to that vet so she doesn’t lose her eye!
