How can I tell if my child is getting dehydrated?
I’m not a doctor but I think you ought to call her doctor or takee her in to the emergency room becuz it sounds like she is dehydrated can she try pedia light or gatorade or some popsicles sorry my spelling is of today but if she can’t keep anything down she definately needs to be at the hospital getting some fluid’s because that can cause more serious problems I will pray for her but yeah and if it’s been 3 day’s if Im’ not mistaken . but in any event take her in she need’s fluid’s there tongue will look white and pasty and another way to tell look at her lips if they look dry and try to like lift her skin up on her arm not to hurt her but like if you were trying to see how much fat hse had on her arms and if her skin stick’s together and slowly goes back to normal instead of it just popping right back to her arm then she may be dehydrated let me know how shee is good luck.
