How can I tell if my backup is compatible with my current iPrism version?

You can check your current Software and Protocol version by logging into the Configuration applet and click on the Reports Menu, About tab. iPrism backup files are named using the Software and Protocol version and the type of backup. The first four characters represent the software version of your iPrism.
