The best way to determine if this is a good choice for you is simply to try it in your eye doctor’s office with either temporary glasses or contact lenses to see for yourself if it feels comfortable for you. Some people are right handed and others are left dominant. This is determined by the dominance patterns in your nervous system and monovision is much like this.
