How can I tell if a metal container is aluminium or steel?
Aluminium containers are often marked “ALU”. Typically soft drinks, beer or cider come in aluminium cans. Steel cans are easily distinguished, because they are magnetic. Most food tins are made from steel. Q – Why is it important to separate the different colours of glass?
