Using Microsoft Outlook, you can see the amount of space that your mailbox is using on the Thoughtbus server by right-clicking on your top-level mailbox (the one thats marked Mailbox – ), choosing Properties, clicking the Mailbox Size button, and then selecting the Server Data tab.
