How can I switch my direct debits and credits to my new Suncorp account?
• You can call your direct debit and credit organisations directly and ask if they can make the changes over the phone. Suncorp has put together a list of common organisations some for your convenience • You can write to your direct debit and credit organisations yourself using the Suncorp letter generation tool. Click here to create a letter. Simply enter your details, print and send • You can go into a Suncorp branch and fill out a Change of Details form, which Suncorp will send on your behalf. Note: For this option you will need to provide a list of your existing direct debit and direct credit arrangements which you may obtain from your existing bank.
