To submit an artwork, you just have to click on upload in the menu bar or here. Be informed that uploading can be long depending of your internet connection and the size of your artwork (an artwork of 5Mo will be uploaded in approximately 7 minutes with a 128kbits connection. Hopefully in large cities nowadays connections are faster).
