Proposals should be received by the company by April 29 and mailed to: Susan S. Felder, Assistant Secretary One P&G Plaza Cincinnati, OH 45202-3315 She will also accept a faxed proposal (to be followed up with a hard copy). Her fax number is 513-983-2611.
