Wet some newspaper so it is a little damp. Stuff it inside your shoes and leave them to dry. As the paper drys it expands, stretching the shoe as it does. In the meantime though, try wearing your shoes around the house with socks inside and wear plasters on your feet until that part of the shoe doesn’t rub anymore. It shouldn’t take too many wears for them to shape to your feet.
