How can I stress to the partners of the consortium and/or the Commission that the information I send them in a report related to an FP7 project is confidential?
During an FP7 project, the rules for participation and the model Grant Agreement (in particular articles II.9) recognise the participants’ interest in keeping information confidential. To facilitate the management of this information by the participants, it is common to use codes that indicate the level of confidentiality such as: PU = Public; PP = Restricted to other programme participants (including the Commission Services); RE = Restricted to a group specified by the consortium (including the Commission Services); CO = Confidential, only for members of the consortium (including the Commission Services).
