How can I stop the printer from feeding multiple pages at the same time?
Make sure the paper you are using is not too thin or too thick (see paper specifications in the Reference Guide on the CD-ROM supplied with the printer). If it is very humid, the paper my have absorbed moisture and should be replaced with dry paper. Remove the stack of paper and fan the edges to separate the sheets. Reload the paper, making sure the edge guides are snug against both sides of the paper, and then press the Paper button to see if it feeds the paper correctly. If that doesn’t help try different paper from a new package.
