How can I stop spam mail getting into my bulk and normal inbox?
This is a slow and painful process, getting rid of all spam emails takes quite a while and you’ll have to do each one that’s from a separate company separately. First of all, to do one, open the email, and scroll right down to the bottom. It should say ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘stop receiving emails from us’. It’ll usually be in very small writing. Allow up to a week for you to be taken off the mailing list, if it takes longer, do it again. In future, be careful to what you’re signing up to, as companies often invite third parties to add your email to their mailing list.
