How can I stop Moodle from sending me so much email?
Moodle emails forum postings to all subscribers. If you do not want to receive such emails, you can modify your setting preferences where you edit your profile in the Settings Block on the left side of your course homepage. You can also configure notification methods for incoming messages at “messaging” in your profile settings area of the Settings Block. Keep in mind that you can choose to subscribe to some, all, or no forums, but you will always receive anything posted to the News Forum.
