How can i stop dreaming when i sleep?
Dreaming means you are resting. You shouldn’t try to stop dreaming, you have to identify what it is that it’s making your dreams bad and stop that thing. I would advice going a psychologist, doing exercise, eating more healthy and talk more often to your family. Even if the dreams are intense, you learn to enjoy them. I found out that it helps me to write down what I am dreaming after I wake up, and I can understand and enjoy the dream more. Just remember, the dream is not bad. What is bad is what makes you have bad dreams.
