How can I still use the contractors services if they don qualify as an independent contractor?
The government’s concern is in receiving timely tax payments from individuals not classified as an independent contractor for any specific project. We direct the contractor to register for payroll services and ICon will collect and pay taxes weekly as well as provide full premium benefits to the contractor upon request.
